Intermark has developed its products by drawing from
the expertise and experience from market professionals who have
actually traded or managed the products that Intermark covers.
Intermark's relationship with its parent company, EGAR
Technology, Inc., allows it to offer its customers cutting edge
financial technology, usually only available to the largest
financial institutions in the world.
Intermark Solutions' core product is FOCUS
– a complete, reliable and cost-effective front, middle and
back-office trading management system for capital market traders,
corporate treasurers, hedge funds, and money managers.
Focus offers banks, corporations and other trading operations
in emerging markets comprehensive trading and risk management
systems to manage all the financial products they trade at
affordable prices.
The Focus
product line consists of an MS SQL server based as well as MS Access
based solution. The system is entirely PC based and offers front and
middle office pricing, deal capture, position keeping and risk
management systems. Major features include deal pricing, trade
blotters, advanced risk analytics, sensitivity analysis, and broad
instrument coverage. For example, the FX Exotic Options module
supports trading of a wide range of exotic instruments, including
window options, digitals, double Knock-outs, compounds options, and
rebate options. All modules support multiple currencies, portfolios,
and traders. All Intermark products can be hooked into real-time
feeds for a dynamic analytic environment and can be interfaced with
other company systems.
Intermark's Financial
Toolkits add-ins consists of modules for the evaluation and risk
analytics for Options, Exotic Options, Yield, Zero Curves, and
Swaps. Its Options Toolkits include over 20 exotic options.
Intermark's newest Toolkits, Local Volatilities/Finite Difference
and Basket Options offer advanced pricing models and analytic
features.
Intermark Solutions has a reputation for its user-friendly
systems that over time have proven their reliability and
installation ease. Intermark originally operated under the name, FSS
from November, 1994 to December, 1996, when it was acquired by FNX
– a vendor for large financial risk systems. In January 2000,
Intermark Solutions was acquired by EGAR
Technology, a technology resource provider to the capital
markets. Since its recent corporate reorganization, Intermark
Solutions has been able to carry out several important installations
and thereby further expand its
list of Clients to diverse industries and regions
